She's taught on the university level, served on numerous civic boards and managed urban planning and international economic research projects. She's directed work teams, reported to company Presidents and transitioned from city government work to non-profit and private sector assignments. These varied professional experiences afforded her the opportunity to maneuver and achieve high levels of professional success.
Her passion today is to share the "secrets" that shaped her journey to the "C-Suite" with others. She actively gives herself to mentoring women's groups as well as training and developing mid-managers and line workers who are striving for more.
